Terms Of Service

These terms govern your use of Webayto, including the public website, onboarding, client portal, billing, support, and website services.

Service. Webayto builds websites for small service businesses and provides hosting, maintenance, support, and edit request handling through a monthly plan.

Billing. The website build itself is free. After onboarding and account signup, the Webayto Basic plan is activated through Stripe at $24/month unless a different written offer applies.

Edits. Reasonable small content updates are included. Large redesigns, new custom features, third-party systems, or unusual requests may need a separate written scope.

Client information. You are responsible for giving accurate business, contact, billing, ownership, and website information.

Limitations. We do not guarantee sales, search rankings, uninterrupted third-party services, or outcomes outside our control.
